Green Tea with Jasmine
Jasmine green tea is a green tea that has been flavoured with jasmine flowers and oil. Green teas contain very high levels of antioxidants, a natural defence against free radicals. Some experts believe that antioxidants attack the free radicals that occur in our bodies. Jasmine is prized for its sweet fragrance and the delicate flavour of its white blossoms, which makes drinking green tea with jasmine as pleasant as it is healthy.

Moo and Two
Use about one teaspoon of loose-leaf jasmine tea per 6 ounces of water. Use fresh water that has just started simmering - has not come to the boil. Jasmine tea tastes best at about 2 to 4 minutes of steep time, however, this is a matter of preference. We suggest starting with 2 minutes, then taste the tea at 30-second intervals to find the flavour you like. Bitterness can result if too much tea is used, or the tea is over-infused
