Keralan Green Tea
Our wonderful green tea is sourced by us in the high mountain areas of Kerala in India. It has a lovely subtle flavour that is higher in anti-oxidants than black tea. As the name suggests it is made from the new leaves of the tea plant and is flash dried, resulting in maintaining its green colour and additional health properties.
Moo and Two
We suggest just a pinch of green tea per mug, using water off the boil (61 - 87oC), steep for 1-3 minutes. The leaves can be used multiple times by topping up with warm water. The resulting brew will be unlike any green tea you have had made from the bitter tannin tasting brews that are produced from conventional green tea bags.
