Our Tea Story.
When Moo and Two’s tea project started in 2012, we were set on finding, tasting and blending some of the best quality loose leaf teas that India had to offer. We were looking for both black and green organic teas that would pair with our style and recipes.
Our research took us to some of the finest plantations where we met with the pickers, growers and owners who all shared their wealth of knowledge with us. From these tea-fuelled afternoons we were able to set up solid contacts for importing the tea that we now have today.
With the tea sourced and our blends developing seasonally, we are now producing a delicious range. Each leaf travels to us straight from the plantations, ready to be blended in house, packaged and brewed.
Our Coffee.
From our shop in Frome we are also proud to provide some of the finest coffee in town. Working closely with our friends at Round Hill Roastery, we are brewing beautifully roasted, and honestly sourced beans everyday.
Their coffee pairs perfectly with our local organic, non-homogenised Ivyhouse Farm milk. We are lucky to have these two exceptional products on our doorstep, literally.
